The return of my old hobby
I was somewhat surprised by the musical gift my wife got me for my 60th birthday. She bought me an honest to god guitar. She said that they were starting beginning guitar lessons at Orange Coast community college. I used to play the guitar back in college but that was in the early 60s. I have to admit the notion of playing the guitar again did strike a chord in me, no pun intended, and I believe I’m going to do it. My wife always seems to find the most unique gifts that in reality don’t cost all that much money.
