One of the biggest problems people tend to have with hybrid vehicles is the size of them. They tend to be small so they can get that massive fuel efficiency rating. It you like a more traditional panel and council, the Insight will be your choice. The front seat room in both vehicles is not measurably different. The backseat in the Insight is smaller than the Prius, but the cargo space is bigger.
