Call Recording Job
I drive a snow plow for the county, which gives me a lot of uninterrupted time to think. Which means that I end up thinking about a lot of weird things. You know how when you call a big company, and there is that call recording about how the call may be recorded for quality assurance? I got to wondering the other day if anyone every listens to those things. Is that a job title – quality assurance listener? I think that would be a cool job, listening in on phone conversations to see if the operators were being nice or not. Because they aren’t always nice!
