Laughing yoga – a great way to boost your stamina.
When Dr Madan Kataria first started his laughter theraphy, he knew about the incredible benefits of it for our mind and body. He was organizing parties and inviting his friends to meet up and tell jokes to laugh as much as possible. Later on he introduced exercises to combine laughter with yoga in order to strengthen the immune system and make people feel better. His laughing yoga concept appeared to be highly interesting for people all over the world. There are now hundreds of Laughing Yoga Clubs in various countries which promote healthy lifestyle and natural laughter combined with simple yoga exercises.
