On Top of the Hill
There were a few people on my block, I found out that they were all referred to the area from Federal Hill Real Estate. They explained to me how they were actually looking to move to my side of town but could never find someone reasonable and affordable for them. One day they met a realtor in the library and just inquired about the area they were looking to move to. It just so happened that they were both in the right place at the right time. About 19 days later they were moving in. I already knew those people are good workers, they walk you through everything.
