Spreading the Manure on the Farm
I am currently in high school, and I help out on the family farm. It’s a lot of work sometimes but I enjoy it. Today I had to spread manure on a few fields. We have a small manure spreader so it takes a lot longer than it does on most farms to spread the manure over the fields. The work is really enjoying at times because it’s so peaceful. Sometimes it’s just nice to be sitting on the tractor going around the field when it’s really nice and warm outside. Sometimes I’m out there late enough to see the sun go down and it looks amazing.
