Home Federal Bank Announces New Acquisition

Home Federal Bancorp, announced a recent acquisition of LibertyBank based in Eugene OR.  According to a report on MarketWatch.com dated 7/30/2010, the acquisition was facilitated by the FDIC and brings Home Federal’s holdings to nearly $1.5 billion before adjustments.
