Fad diets, as a whole, cater to the laziness in us

Fad diets, as a whole, cater to the laziness in us. We as a society are becoming more sedentary, docile, and lazy. We are always looking for instant gratification with the least amount of effort. In other words, we will opt for any shortcut that money can buy. Do fad diets work? Sure they do. But are they healthy, safe, and sustainable for the long term? Most likely they are not. But they CAN get the job done if you are looking to lose weight rapidly. One thing you do have to beware of is not only the risk of malnourishment while following these diets, but also the potential to rebound and gain all of the lost weight back immediately after ceasing to follow the diet.  Go to Flex Belt Review for more info and help.
