Build Muscle with Proven Chest Exercises

I made my usual resolution at the beginning of the new year and have finally started to get serious about it.  I put off hitting the gym for almost a month, but when my girlfriend gave me a 12-month membership I knew I would have to use it.  I have been doing cardio and lifting weights.  I am actually starting to like working out and have figured out what the best chest exercises for men are.  I don’t have the money to hire a personal trainer, so I did some research on the Internet to get me started on the right track.
