How to Lose Weight, for Real
I really do not know how to lose weight. I think I have already tried everything yet only to my despair. I have done gym sessions, aerobics, and lifting, stretching, everything. I do not really know how to lose weight. I have even indulged in an unhealthy taking of unregistered weight loss pills. But everything did not seem to work for me. I have listened to gym instructors and have watched so many videos on weight loss. Those I have listened to claimed to be experts and they guarantee that their programs definitely work. Please, somebody answer my question, how to lose weight?
