Recognizing the Possible Signs of Dyslexia in Children
One of the first ways to recognize if your child may be suffering from dyslexia is if they have problems with inverting letters or numbers, and/or if they have trouble reading and processing what they read. If you feel your child may have dyslexia, don’t hesitate to have him or her tested as you want to find out if it is causing your child problems in school. Ask your school counselor about screenings for dyslexia in children and they should be able to point you in the right direction. Once you know about any learning problems your child is having, you can start to help them through it and give them a better chance at life.
