Thick Chest Builder

Incline bench presses are the exercise that makes your chest pop out.  It hits the biggest portion of the chest,  the upper chest.  It also hitts the middle and inner part of the pecs.  Its one of the ab exercises that you dont look at as a ab exercise at all.  It seems to overshadowed alot of the time by the flat bench press.  But in reality it develops your chesty better then any other lift will.  No thick chest will ever be built without this lift in your workout program. You can not lift as much weight on this lift.
