Crystal Ski’s Drinking Fountain
I recently went on a Ski holiday with the tour operator Crystal Ski. We went to Les Arc which was a great place to ski with perfect snow and fantastic surroundings. We did have a couple of issues with the company and in particular the fact that they falsly advertised the fact that boot hire was included in their Crystal Ski Plus package and then when it cam to the holiday charged us for this facility. I am currently undergoing a complaint procedure with the company as it is a matter of principle.
When I met the representative to discuss theis issue whilst on holiday I had to take a time out and visit the drinking fountain as I was becoming so annoyed with the situation.
