I really didn’t notice them in the first season and really not even during most of the second season, but now that I’m in the market for a new pair of shades, I really want the Jeffrey Donovan Sunglasses seen on the show burn notice. I finally figured out what they are – they’re Oliver Peoples Victory 55 with Cognac Lenses. Should be easy to get, right? You’d think that’d make sense, right? I mean if you’re doing product placement in a show, you’d want to make the product at least somewhat accessible, right? Turns out, that isn’t the case. The sunglasses are custom made – once in a while you can find an authentic pair on eBay that Oliver Peoples custom manufactured, but they’re enormously expensive even used.
