The gift baskets I was looking for a service manager
On Wednesday afternoon I was very impressed with the performance of the service manager at the car dealership where I take my car. For the past two weeks I’ve had a very high screeching noise in my front brakes. The service manager found out that there was a very small rock wedged into an orifice in my front brakes and was causing this noise. The fact that he was able to eliminate the noise overnight was a big relief. Almost immediately I told myself I was going to start looking at some gift baskets for the service manager and send him a couple of them.
