Company Evlauation
Surviving company evaluation time may be one of the hardest tasks you will face at work. Sure, evaluation is important in a business, but it can also be stressful to those employees involved. Just remember that evaluation is a necessary process in a business, and that it is helpful to all those involved.
One thing that I use in order to get through company evaluation time is, I make it a point to be more patient with everyone and everything that comes accross my desk. I have found that if I can be more patient with others, I am less stressed and frazzled during evaluation week.
