Getting a tow hitch cover
I noticed the other day when I was helping a buddy hook up his trailer who had a Tow Hitch Cover that his hitch was in a lot better shape than mine was. Plus he had a cover with a lock. That is a big plus if you have to leave a trailer in a pasture or in a field for an long period of time. Anybody can take off with it and you would not know it for several days. I think it will be money well spent to guard against theft and keep the hitch in better shape longer.
