It’s really fun to be quick and agile but it is a whole lot of nice thing going on if you are very quick and you are very agile.  Most people especially the athletes would start to say that they have enough training and learning and they are ready to go and beat everything in their path.  But the fact of the matter is, that’s really the line of thinking of an athlete but the link of thinking of a true champion is never having to say that “enough is enough”. This is true is you are into non-linear sports like basketball or soccer. You need to have speed and agility so that you will not lose your speed and balance and not harm yourself when you suddenly stop while running and change directions.
